Gingers music is a fine blend of funky rythms, rocky riffs and wailing guitars. We’re influenced by the free floating and experimental music of the late sixties and the early seventies. Our aim is to combine well structured and arranged songs with lose psychedelic jams without knowing where we’ll finally end up. Playing the same set twice does not exist in our musical world.

Ginger was founded in early 2007 and mainly concipated as a live band though we managed to record a few tracks in the studio. This session was released as ‘’The Misty Glapf Sessions’’ and also features three live tracks from our tour in Germany. Through 2008 we have released several live recordings. All of them are available for free download on our website. We keep on touring and playing as many gigs as possible in Switzerland as well as abroad. We hope to see you somewhere out there!
